Nice work. I can imagine him saying something like that.

Forte's a bastard, but he's a bastard who we love and admire because of how evil and vicious he is. In fact, ever since his first appearance in MM7, he's gained my respect and admiration as Megaman's sworn adversary. Believe me; Forte's an enemy worthy of mention.
